Schools' COVID-19 Protocols
Some of the Schools we service have some specific COVID-19 Protocols we must follow, in addition to NEB's standard COVID-19 practices. These procedures may simply be a survey, or contact tracing form, or may include COVID-19 testing requirements.

All Schools/Game Sites -
Expect to complete a "pre-screening" survey and/or a temperature check when arriving to the game site.
Bay Counties League (BCL)
Has an on-line "pre-screening" survey / contact tracing form, which should be completed upon arrival.

Bishop O'Dowd -
The Oakland Diocese requests that all sports officials have a negative COVID-19 test within 2 weeks prior to game day.
Officials can obtain their COVID-19 tests on their own, or they can test at Bishop O'Dowd, on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 12:00 - 4:00pm. Appointments will be approved through the NEB offices to Bishop O'Dowd.
Negative COVID-19 test results should be communicated to the Carlos Reed, Bishop O'Dowd Athletic Director, by 12 noon of the day prior to the game. The wording of the email is something like -
"I am one of the baseball umpires scheduled to work x-day (date/2021) Bishop O'Dowd home baseball game. I am confirming that I have a negative COVID-19 test result within the prescribed two week period prior to the contests."

Admission to campus - Clearance to enter campus is confirmed by BOD's "Green Clear" application. This app can be accessed by your mobile device. The campus security kiosk also has an iPad for use, if you do not have a mobile device.
Each individual will need to follow the directions below using a smart phone:
COVID Symptom Check-In Web App: Please complete the O’Dowd web app. Be prepared to show your GREEN CLEAR screen before entering campus. This CLEAR screen will expire each night at 11:59 pm.

St Joseph Notre Dame -

"I am one of the baseball umpires scheduled to work x-day (date/2021) St Joseph's home baseball game. I am confirming that I have a negative COVID-19 test result within the prescribed two week period prior to the contests."
