COVID-19 Testing
The Oakland Diocese requires that sports officials who work the Home Games for Bishop O'Dowd or St Joseph's Notre Dame have a negative COVID-19 test within 2 weeks of the game date. As of now, no other school/district is requiring COVID testing.

California has partnered with OptumServe to provide free, confidential COVID-19 testing for every Californian that needs a test. Tests are available for everyone, including underserved communities and individuals who are at high risk.
There is no cost to you. If you have medical insurance, OptumServe will bill your insurance company. If you’re uninsured, the government pays for your test

Bishop O'Dowd -
Officials working at Bishop O'Dowd in the coming two weeks are eligible to obtain a COVID-19 test with the BoD faculty and staff. NEB will provide a list of umpires in the rolling two week period to the Bishop O'Dowd athletic director to confirm eligibility.

Admission to campus - Clearance to enter campus is confirmed by BOD's "Green Clear" application. This app can be accessed by your mobile device. The campus security kiosk also has an iPad for use, if you do not have a mobile device.
Be prepared to show your GREEN CLEAR screen before entering campus. This CLEAR screen will expire each night at 11:59 pm.
