Who We Are
For the Love of the Game
Based in the greater San Francisco area, North East Bay Umpire Association (NEBUA) facilitates the education, training and scheduling of baseball officials for every level (Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman) of California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) competition, in the North Coast Section (NCS), including Sectional Playoffs.
NEBUA is a group of dedicated "independent contractor sports officials" who proudly promotes fair play, healthy competition, and the increased enjoyment of athletics by players, coaches, fans, and participants.
NEBUA's current membership is approximately 75 umpires.
